Stewart Instruments, Inc. maintains a Secure Online Order Form which lists all of our most current prices. See below for terms and shipping information.
Our secure server is monitored by Trustkeeper, meaning that you can rely that an active multi-tier security system is wrapped around our order form and that it is safe to provide your Paypal or credit card information. All information is encrypted on the form before it is sent to us when you click on the Submit button.
Shipping
We usually ship your order within 5 business days. Special or Custom Orders require more time. We supply Tracking Numbers for every order we ship. Shipments destined for USA addresses are usually in the delivery system for 5 business days (not including holiday delays).
We insure all shipments, but we are NOT responsible for getting your shipment to you - that is the responsibility of the shipping company. If you receive your shipment in poor condition, please contact the shipping company agent and follow their instructions - THEY will get in touch with us on your behalf. Contacting us directly (except for the occassional missing small part) will unnecessarily slow down processing your claim.
We ship ONLY to U.S. addresses unless prior arrangements have been made. We typically DO NOT ship outside the US. AZ Sales Tax is charged on all orders for delivery within the state of Arizona. By Law, we must collect sales tax on orders delivered outside the state of AZ, within the USA.

Terms
Prices quoted are FOB/Destination, unless otherwise noted. NET30 terms are extended ONLY to School and Government Agencies, and dealers in good standing. All others are CASH IN ADVANCE. We accept Paypal(USA), MasterCard, VISA, and Company Checks, in U.S. Funds, drawn on a U.S. Bank.
Returns
All Software is NON-RETURNABLE!. Please download a demo of any software package before you order to ensure that the product is compatible with your application.
Sorry, we are NOT in the Teleprompter rental business - there is a 25 percent restocking charge for all returned hardware (software and shipping charges are NOT refundable). To be accepted for Refund, all hardware must be returned at the Buyers expense, in its original condition (unused), along with all original shipping and packing materials, warranty cards, cables and manuals.
An RMA number is required before returning any hardware. Contact Customer Service at CustomerService@siinc.us. Packages received without an RMA on the Shipping Label will automatically be returned to Buyer.

Use of this product(s) or the information herein constitutes an understanding of, and an agreement to the above.
